BurgerFi of Seminole and Osceola County (ADINO, LLC) is a franchisee of a South Florida-based restaurant concept known as “the heart of the better burger movement.” BurgerFi focuses on serving all-natural beef in a sustainable environment.

Introduce the BurgerFi brand to burger lovers of Central Florida, with a new location in Lake Mary with multiple locations to follow. Their goal was to achieve a grand opening event that would attract 500+ guests to the “all natural” burgers and fries.

To help BurgerFi launch successfully, and sustain consumer interests, TCreative developed pre-and-post-opening strategies, as well as the development of menus, billboards, and in-store and exterior signage. Our work for the grand opening included event strategy plus all marketing materials. These included the design, development and printing of invitations and direct mail postcards sent to 5,000 targeted residences and businesses. We also partnered with local media to drive traffic via digital billboards, radio and print, as well as local grass roots marketing.


BurgerFi reported that this was the largest store opening in franchise history with the highest sales over the opening weekend and first week in business. In addition, TCreative generated a 30% return from the bounce-back direct mail campaign.
